Troian Avery Bellisario (born October 28, 1985) is an American actress. A graduate of the University of Southern California, she had her breakthrough role as Spencer Hastings in the Freeform teen drama series Pretty Little Liars (2010–2017).

In 2025, she starred in the police procedural series On Call.
